When drivers are making left-hand turns in the state of Georgia, they are required by law to yield to any oncoming traffic that is in the intersection or so close that they could be considered a hazard. The client in this case was a passenger<\/a> of one of vehicles involved. At the time of the crash, he was in the front passenger seat of a car that was being driven by his son.
