Our client subsequently suffered serious and debilitating injuries as a result of the collision including: a fractured hip, injuries to his left knee, groin, penile shaft, perineal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalkalaw.com\/atlanta-georgia-car-accident-lawyer-personal-injury-attorney-near-you\/nerve-damage-after-a-car-accident\/\">nerve<\/a>, scrotum and testicles, which have resulted in sexual and erectile dysfunction.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint that we filed with the court argued that the defendant&#8217;s negligence included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>U-Turn Prohibited (O.C.G.A. \u00a7 40-6-121)<\/li>\n<li>Negligently Travelling at an Excessive Speed<\/li>\n<li>Negligently Failing to Keep a Proper Lookout<\/li>\n<li>Negligently Failing to Use or Sound a Signal Warning<\/li>\n<li>Negligently Failing to Make a Proper Application of the Brakes<\/li>\n<li>Failing to Maintain Proper Control of the Vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a result of this tragic accident, our client has and will continue to incur reasonable, necessary and continuing medical expenses which are expected to exceed $100,000.
