Kalka<\/a>\u00a0was recently invited to join the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA), which is also known as APITLAmerica\u00ae. This national organization was formed in an effort to raise awareness to, and promote the elimination of, unsafe and illegal interstate trucking practices. Practices like fatigued driving, licensing fraud and hours of operation violations all lead to an increased risk of trucking accidents on our nation’s highways. This is exactly what the organization aims to stop.<\/p>\n

Through their combined efforts in learning, litigation, and legislation, APITLA strives to make America’s highways a much safer place. Each of their members has pledged to work aggressively within the law to reduce the number of traffic accidents, injuries, and fatalities that are caused by unsafe trucking companies. As a dedicated advocate for the rights of accident victims throughout Atlanta, Attorney Tony C. Kalka is proud to be one such member.
