The Kalka Law Group recently took on a case involving a pedestrian accident in Atlanta<\/a>. Occurring in the beginning of February, our client was crossing the street at the intersection of Jesse Hill Drive and Coca Cola Place on a designated crosswalk, when a MARTA Bus hit her and pushed her to the ground. According to the police report filed after the incident, the bus driver failed to yield to the pedestrian despite the fact that she had the right of way. Further proof was found in watching the surveillance camera footage from that particular intersection, revealing the bus driver to be at fault.<\/p>\n
