At The Kalka Law Group, we are proud to announce that\u00a0Attorney Tony Kalka<\/a>\u00a0has been selected for inclusion in the American Society of Legal Advocates Top 40 Lawyers Under 40! The American Society of Legal Advocates, the ASLA, is an invitation-only organization made up of the nation’s elite lawyers, all who combine outstanding legal credentials with a proven commitment to the highest professional standards of practice.<\/p>\n

The ASLA states that through its Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 listing, they are recognizing exceptional legal talent among the next generation of leading lawyers. The ASLA strives to bring together the nation’s most qualified attorneys for the benefit of the public and the ASLA community.<\/p>\n

The ASLA’s\u00a0selection process<\/a>\u00a0is conducted manually on a state-by-state basis. The comprehensive selection process involves a rigorous, multi-phased review of an attorney’s credentials, settlement information, verdicts, educational accomplishments, leadership and involvement in bar and professional associations, community involvement, and other indicators of professional success.<\/p>\n

Once the initial list of nominees is established, at least one separate lawyer goes to work compiling data and confirming nominations. In order to maintain the highest integrity in this process, no lawyer who participates in a candidate’s first selection phase is involved in the second selection phase.<\/p>\n

Once all selections have been made, the attorneys are included in the ASLA’s easy-to-search directory, which enables those seeking legal representation to choose a lawyer from a carefully-selected pool of highly-qualified lawyers.<\/p>\n

The ASLA comprises less than 1.5% of all licensed lawyers practicing nationwide. The goal of the ASLA is to be the go-to-source for exceptional legal talent, and in turn, to strengthen the best practices among its members.<\/p>\n
