On December 30, 2015, our client was hit head-on by a driver who drove through a yield sign and lost control of his vehicle. Below is a photo of the damage to her car.<\/p>\n

Proving Negligence and Reckless Speeding on the Part of the At-Fault Driver<\/h3>\n

The next day, The Kalka Law Group was on the scene with reconstruction experts who estimated that the at-fault driver had to be going at least 15-20 mph over the marked speed limit.<\/p>\n
