The husband and wife were stopped at an intersection after leaving a Banks County Wal-Mart when a Swift tractor-trailer entered the roadway, striking one car before hitting the couple’s. The couple’s car was dragged by the trailer for nearly 40 feet and was partially trapped underneath it.
