  • Negligently Failing to Keep a Proper Lookout
  • Negligently Failing to Use or Sound a Signal Warning
  • Negligently Failing to Make a Proper Application of the Brakes
  • Failing to Maintain Proper Control of the Vehicle

As a result of this tragic accident, our client has and will continue to incur reasonable, necessary and continuing medical expenses which are expected to exceed $100,000. Additionally, as a result of the defendant’s negligence, our client has suffered physical pain, mental anguish, loss of enjoyment of life, inconvenience, and other injuries.
